Why don't the civilized people in modern China come forward to eradicate the practice of symbolic cannibalism?

Why are you asking US? WE do not know hay other people do what they do. You need to ask the people who do those things...go ask them, or write to them, or call them...whoever "they " are. I seriously doubt if any of them read the English edition of Y/A.
