Do i have bowel syndrome?

I have a small cramp in left side of stomach.Very small.And i have to go to the washroom alot lately like 1 mounth ago it was hard to go poop now i go poop too much? Well maybe 5 , 6 , 7 a day? Sometimes 4 or 3
