Okay i lied to her.......?

okay so on chat, i was tlkn to one of my friends and cuz the conversation was boring and awkward i said " some1 told me u & some guy went to the mall and did stuff in the washroom" and she wanted to know who it was, but ecause i lied i couldnt tell her the truth so i said i cant tell you. and so she said fine if your dont tell me then i am going to tell the guy that you told me all this stuff. and later i said fine it was " a name" and she believed me because they were already in a fight. and then the guy and the girl were hanging out and the guy actually asked the girl if she said all that stuff. and she like ssaid she didnt do anything. and now the guy totally believed her. but the other girl i was tlking to before said she believed meee. and now i dont know what to do because if the other girl finds out it was me who said she strated the rumor she will start a big fite. so what could i do. i know its confusing but im so scared and im ready to do anything to not go to school, even kill my self. so what should i do, and i cant tell them the truth because it would be soo embarassing. and i was talking to the other girl and she still doesnt know it was mee.
