Persian/Iranian last-name "Moshfegh"- What are its roots?

Just wanted to say that in Arabic, شفيق would be pronounced as Shafiq, and not Shafigh, so same Moshfegh would be Moshfeq, and Parsi is another language from Arabic, not an Arabic dialect at all..
