Would Liberals/Conservatives see this as a good guy or a bad guy?

Without know his motivation for doing these things it is impossible to tell if he is a good guy or a bad guy. On the surface he appears to be a good guy but we live in a society where such behavior is automatically labeled as potentially dangerous..
