1998 saab 900se problems?

alright i have a 1998 saab 900se 2.0 turbo, and i have a problem maby more than one, first the car has no power or acceleration, second i have a weird ticking noise that frequently comes and goes, the low beams on the car work but do not illuminate enough to see at night but high beams work great, and the dash will dim and stayed dim and sometimes its fine
