Neon Lighting on 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71?

I just got for my 16th b-day a used 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71, we just started customizing it 2 my taste. i want to put neon lights or neon strobe lighting under the car, in the grill, under the dash and steering wheel or universal lighting. I wanna know, will this run down my battery or what will it do?
