If the gauges in my '98 Nissan Frontier stop working... what can I do to fix it?

The speedometor goes to 0 mph, the tachometer goes to 0 rpms, the temperature gauges goes to 0 degrees, and the odometer goes completely out. , Tapping on the dash gets it working temporarily... but it continues to go in and out. Please help!
