DROPPED MY BLACKBERRY TORCH 9800 IN THE TOILET?

I made the common mistake of leaving my phone in my back pocket when I went to the washroom. After days of being in rice everything's working except for the camera. Every time I tried to use it, it says "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." I had no other applications running, and I've tried rebooting it and it STILL doesn't work! Any ideas?!
