About an old dictionary?

I have an old 1892 An American Dictionary of the English Language. I can not find any reference to it whatsoever in my research on it. The only thing that it says inside is New York, March 1, 1892. On the bottom of the bind it says Collier but that hasn't helped me in my research. In the beginning it has an introduction that speaks of something the Pope wrote and then what is called Canons for Etymology. Then it goes on to the speech as a barrier between man and beast and then to Grimm's law of the Interchange of Consonant sounds. The dictionary section itself is 496 pages and then has a section of prefixes and suffixes, Pronouncing vocabulary of scripture proper names and then select list of mythological and classical names. How can i find out more about this book and if it has any collector value?
