I cant get my jeep to start? its an electrical issue.?

I just replaced my 4 cylinder engine with a straight 6 engine and would like to start it up before i put everything back together. I have all the wiring correct as far as i can tell. I only hooked up the essentials to start an engine and i cant get anything to happen. I turn the key to on and i get power to the dash and hazard lights but no head lights or turn signals. if i turn the key to start everything turns off and all i hear is a small click from a box mounted on the firewall. please help i've tried everything i can think of.

kayso i was wiping after i had used the washroom and this white stuff so i got concerned so i put my finger in and it was clumpy the discharg that came out..i kept doing it to try and take it all out but yeah it didnt umm do i have a yeast infection? there is no irritation at all i wash down there daily its summer so i wear shorts and its really hot and they are kinda tight alot of my clothing is tight i get this discharge alot like somtimes it goes away then it just comes back is it because of my period? im so scared cause like i dont want it turning into something else im not sexually active im 15 years old i cant go to my doctor hes so wack plus im not old enough and my mom.. our relationship isnt that close Will it go away? does it turn into anything else? it doesnt really have a smell but neither does my normal discharge its very faint you can smell it but its hardly there...i have masturbated before could it be because of that? im so worried.. i just want it to go away PLEASE HELP !! and um do Yeast infection at all go away on its own without like doctors help...
