How would i say "motherfu**in" in french?

the most literal translation, but as literal as possible but still understood by the french. Like how would a french say "i just got some great motherfu**in head" pls explain the etymology to the point i understand the difference between the french translation for motherfu**in and motherfu**er.Like in french what part of the french word that is the result of the translation is the "in"part and what part is the "er" part, when translating �t as in the phrase "I just got some great motherfu**in head"(it really was good by the way = ) ....if there is a translation that literal.......google translate comes back with "putain" for "motherfu**in" and "connard for "motherf**er"......would that sound right to a french person like would i say "je viens de recevoir quelques bonne putain t�te" ? also what is the most literal translation of "head" that would fit in the previous sentence "tailler une pipe" doesn't seem correct
